Senior Physiotherapist & Qualified Yoga Teacher

Shae is a qualified yoga teacher and physiotherapist. Since completing her 200-hour teacher training, Shae has developed a deep appreciation for mindful movement and its power to create vitality both physically and mentally.

With experience in restorative and vinyasa-style yoga, Shae hopes to help you discover the potency of practicing yoga, both on and off your mat.
